Co-ed and competitive slo-pitch

Slo-pitch Sundays, without the group chat.

Diamonds, double headers, 75-minute slots, ties, rainouts and a run cap so one blowout doesn’t win the standings. PowerSchedule handles the parts of a slo-pitch league that usually live in a spreadsheet and a group chat.

Start from a ruleset

Every rule editable
Rec co-ed7 innings or 60 min, ties allowed, +7 max per game
Competitive7 innings, extra innings, no ties

Each one fills in the format, scoring, standings and tiebreakers, and writes starter rules for your captains that you can change.

Diamonds and start times, shared out

Add your park’s diamonds and the start times you have (10:00, 11:15, 12:30), and every team gets its turn at the early game and the last one. Double headers work too, back to back.

When a game is rained out, mark it postponed and move it to a make-up date. Everyone with the league open sees the change.

Runs from the dugout

Either captain enters the final score with their team’s PIN when the game ends, tie or not. Or keep it live, a tap per run with the inning, so the next game’s teams know whether to start warming up.

Standings with a run cap

Two points a win, one a tie, and run differential capped at +7 a game (or whatever your league uses), so running up the score doesn’t help. Tiebreakers like head-to-head and fewest runs against are written out under the table.

Co-ed lineups in the rules

The starter rules cover the women in the lineup and on the field, batting order and the walk rule, ready to change for your league.

Time limits

7 innings or 60 minutes, the 5-run inning, the mercy rule, or extra innings and no ties for a competitive division.

Paper for opening day

One download gives every captain a printed schedule, the rules, a quick-start sheet with a QR code and a calendar file for their phone.

Do ties count?
In "Rec co-ed", yes: a tie is a point each. The "Competitive" ruleset plays extra innings instead. Either can be changed under Rules.
Can we cap run differential?
Yes. Rec co-ed counts at most +7 a game toward the standings. Set it to whatever your league uses, or no cap.
What happens to a rainout?
Mark the game postponed. It stays out of the standings until it’s played; move it to a make-up date when you have one.
Can a captain enter only who won?
If you’d rather. Set the league to "winner only" and captains just pick the winner or a tie; standings go by points or win percentage.
